Persons intending to file an application for admission to the Minnesota bar must first complete and submit the Registration Form below.

All written communications with the Board office will be conducted through the Applicant Portal.
If you withdraw your application, fail the bar exam, or your application is closed for failure to respond to Board requests for information, you will be required to complete a new registration form and application.

Your unique NCBE Number will be used for identification purposes when you take the Multistate Bar Examination and the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination and may be used as an identification for other bar-admission related purposes.
